Service Scope and Applicability

76VPN provides cross-border network acceleration across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes, access points, and client availability shown in the user panel at the time apply. Connection results may vary depending on location, network operator conditions, and the policies of destination websites.

The service is designed to improve international route connectivity and network paths when accessing international websites. It does not change a destination website’s account requirements, regional rules, content licenses, or terms of service. Third-party websites and apps are operated by their respective providers; 76VPN does not control their content, account reviews, or transaction processing.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their account credentials secure and are responsible for subscriptions, connections, and settings made under their account. If improper credential handling causes unusual account access, stop the relevant connections and change the password promptly.

Subscriptions support simultaneous devices without a device limit, but use is restricted to the account holder and their own devices for reasonable personal use. Accounts, subscription benefits, and connection information may not be made public, shared, rented, or resold, nor may the service be provided to third parties through bulk distribution, agency sales, or other commercial means. If unusual sharing, resale, or activity affecting normal route operation is detected, 76VPN may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and payment details before submitting an order.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the rules of the websites, platforms, and applications they access. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ lawful rights, malicious attacks, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, malware distribution, or interference with the normal operation of network facilities.

Users may not probe, damage, or evade the service’s account permissions, traffic metering, access controls, or security mechanisms, nor place abnormal automated pressure on routes or service interfaces. For legally submitted requests supported by valid grounds, 76VPN will take necessary measures in accordance with applicable rules.

Service Availability and Liability

Routes may change temporarily because of network fluctuations, operator adjustments, equipment maintenance, destination service policies, or external events beyond reasonable control. 76VPN maintains and adjusts routes according to operating conditions, but does not promise identical results in every location, for every destination website, or on every network.

Users should save important data themselves and confirm connection status before submitting work, making payments, or performing other critical actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 76VPN is not responsible for losses caused by user device settings, third-party service interruptions, local network conditions, leaked account credentials, or violations of third-party rules. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 7 days after the first payment. Refund requests must relate to the first payment record. Orders outside this scope will be handled according to the order status, subscription content already delivered, and applicable rules. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported payment methods.

Users may stop using the service and choose not to continue the relevant subscription. If an account involves unlawful use, account or subscription resale, unusual sharing, interference with service operation, infringement of others’ rights, or continued violation of these terms, 76VPN may restrict features, suspend service, or terminate the account. Measures will take into account the nature of the conduct, its impact, and applicable legal requirements.

Changes and Other Terms

76VPN may update these terms based on changes to the service scope, operational processes, or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page, and the displayed last-updated date will be revised accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Matters not expressly addressed here will be handled under applicable law, the user’s actual subscription content, and relevant rules published on the website.
