PRIVACY RECORD
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy applies to the 76VPN website, user panel, and related subscription services. It explains what data this service processes, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and how users can review, correct, or delete it. Please read this record before using the service.
1. Data Collected and Its Uses
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. 76VPN does not require an email address as part of registration. Data needed to operate an account includes the username, a secure password digest, subscription status, used traffic, plan change history, and account settings. This information is used for authentication, traffic allowance calculations, subscription delivery, and account maintenance.
When purchasing a plan or traffic package, the system stores the order contents, amount, payment channel, payment status, creation and completion times, and transaction identifiers needed to process refunds or disputes. These records are used to confirm payment, deliver services, handle support requests, and reconcile accounts. Support tickets and troubleshooting details submitted by users are used only to respond to the relevant request and improve support processes.
2. No-Logs Principles and Connection Data
76VPN does not record which websites users visit, or store web content, DNS query content, or traffic content that could be used to reconstruct specific network activity. Service nodes do not retain connection history for the purpose of creating personal browsing profiles.
To maintain routes, troubleshoot issues, and prevent service abuse, the system may briefly process whether a connection succeeded, the selected route, client version, error codes, and aggregated traffic. Such operational data is retained only as long as needed for diagnosis, security handling, or capacity accounting; once the purpose is complete, it is deleted or converted into aggregated information that cannot be directly linked to an account. When a user submits a support ticket, related diagnostic materials remain with the ticket until the support matter and any necessary dispute handling are complete.
3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Usage Analytics
The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security markers. This data is used to maintain sessions and restore user choices. After browser data is cleared, login status and preferences may need to be configured again.
Usage analytics may process visited pages, referral pages, browser type, device category, network address, and approximate region to summarize page usage, identify unusual access, and improve site structure. Analytics data is not used to record specific websites visited through the network acceleration service, and it is not combined with node traffic content to create browsing profiles.
4. Payment Processing and Third-Party Services
76VPN supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment channel, which may collect payment account details, transaction verification data, and information needed for risk control under its own rules. 76VPN receives the transaction result and identifier needed to complete an order, but does not directly control data processed independently by the payment channel.
Information is exchanged with payment channels only as necessary to complete payment, fulfill an order, process a refund, comply with applicable requirements, or resolve a dispute. Third parties’ processing of data is also subject to their respective privacy rules.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Account details are retained while the account remains active. Order, payment status, refund, and dispute records are retained as needed to fulfill transactions, reconcile accounts, and meet applicable requirements. Usage analytics are retained according to aggregated analysis needs; temporary connection diagnostic data is handled under the no-logs principles described above and is not kept as a long-term browsing record.
Users can log in to the user panel to view and correct editable account details, or use the support ticket portal to request deletion of an account and associated data. After a deletion request is completed, the relevant data is removed from ordinary business systems; information that must be retained for open orders, refunds, disputes, security handling, or applicable requirements is deleted once the relevant basis no longer applies. Residual data in backups exits through normal backup rotation and is not used for routine processing.
6. Policy Updates
This policy may change as service processes, data handling methods, or applicable requirements evolve. Updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. Important changes involving data categories, purposes of use, or user rights will be explained through the website or user panel. Before continuing to use the service, users can review the policy version in effect at that time.
